2. Description of Service

Pavle.io provides an intelligent interview management platform that helps organizations streamline their hiring process. The Service includes features for candidate management, interview templates, question banks, real-time notes, team collaboration, calendar integration, interview scheduling, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.

5.1 Third-Party Service Integrations

Our Service may offer integrations with third-party services, such as Google Calendar, to enhance functionality and user experience. By connecting these integrations:

• You authorize us to access specific data from the third-party service as described in our Privacy Policy
• You acknowledge that your use of the third-party service through our platform is subject to that service's terms of service and privacy policy
• You can disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of third-party services

For Google Calendar integration specifically, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.2 Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about how visitors use our Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Service, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Service. We use this information to improve our Service and better understand user behavior. 7. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pavle.io, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
