At Pavle.io, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our interview management platform.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of the initial payment
  • Renewals and subsequent subscription periods are not eligible for this guarantee
  • Only one refund per organization is permitted

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. After the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired:

  • Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
  • Pro-rated refunds are not automatically provided for early cancellation
  • Service disruptions caused by Pavle.io may qualify for pro-rated refunds

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Add-on features or services purchased separately from the main subscription
  • Setup fees, if applicable (these are typically waived but may apply to enterprise customers)
  • Custom development work or professional services
  • Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period (unless under exceptional circumstances)

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Provide any relevant details about your experience with our service

4.2 Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days of approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Service Disruptions

If Pavle.io experiences significant service disruptions that prevent you from accessing or using the platform:

  • We will work to restore service as quickly as possible and provide updates on our status page
  • Extended outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) may qualify for service credits or pro-rated refunds
  • Scheduled maintenance windows do not qualify for refunds or credits

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Billing > Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

7. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated subscription and refund requests (attempting to use the service for free)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing disputes
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your account and ineligibility for future refunds

9. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding refunds and cancellations. The terms outlined in this policy may not apply to enterprise agreements.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Sending an email notification to your registered email address for material changes
